RETURN POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns for a refund or store credit within 30 days of your purchase date. The costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We recommend using a shipping courier with tracking services to ensure the shipment of your return. Items must be unworn and in original packaging for a full refund. Only the purchase price of a returned item will be refunded. Any duty or taxes that have been paid, as well as the original shipping charges, will not be refunded.

The refund of the purchase price shall be processed in the same way as the original payment was made.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact customer service ([email protected]) within 5 days of delivery.

Wrong Address

Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before shipping.

If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost package or delivered packages. We recommend immediately calling courier company to change the delivery address. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and change the delivery address.

We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the client to give correct information. No exceptions. All returned "Invalid Address" packages will be charged a $6.99 restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Compensation time-frame

For returned items, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Paypal account refunds: Between 3-7 business days

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
