- All orders are processed and shipped within the same or next business day. Exception for products that are currently out of stock. In that case it may take 2-3 days. Please contact us at contact us at [email protected]
if you do not receive your tracking number within the stipulated time.
- If the result shows "Not Found", please change the carrier to "4PX" or "Germany DHL eCommerce US" or "United States USPS". If there is still no result, please don't panic and be rest assured that your order has left the warehouse and on its way to the international carrier. Sometimes it may take a few days for the info to be updated in the tracking system. Please try to track it again later.
